Q: If I still owe money to my local telephone company, can I still be connected with National Teleconnect?
A: Even though you may have a balance owing to your local telephone company, you can be connected with National Teleconnect.
 
Q: I am currently with another reconnect company, can I transfer my service to National Teleconnect?
A: All you have to do is provide the required information and National Teleconnect can become your service provider. We will transfer your line for free.
 
Q: How long does it take to be connected?
A: Upon confirmation of payment it take approximately 3-5 working days.
 
Q: Can I keep my old/previous phone number?
A: If you have been disconnected you will not be able to keep the old/previous number.
 
Q: Can I keep my same number if I Move/Transfer?
A: It is possible to keep the same number if you Move/Transfer providing the move is local and your phone has not been disconnected.
 
Q: How much do I have to pay upfront to be connected with National Teleconnect?
A: National Teleconnect is a prepaid monthly local telephone provider. To be connected you will have to pay in full for the first month service, including any activation fee, repair or servicing charges and all options over and above the basic telephone service.
 
Q: Can I cancel my service with National Teleconnect?
A: You can cancel your service with National Teleconnect at any time.
 
Q: Will I receive an invoice every month?
A: Every month an invoice will be sent to you. In the event that the invoice is lost in transit or misplaced,you are still responsible for submitting your payments on time. Your due date is always the date of your original connection.
 
Q: What should I do if my payment is late?
A: Contact one of our Sales Representatives as soon as possible to let they know when you are making your payment. No contact could result in disconnection.
 
Q: Are you regulated by a governing body?
A: National Teleconnect is registered with Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission(CRTC) as a Licensed Residential Service Provider.
